Linkage라는 용어는 특정[[Locus]]들이 한 [[Chromosome]]상에서 가까이에 존재하므로, 같이 따라다니는 현상을 의미한다. 이 현상이 관찰되는것을 LinkageDisequilibrium이라고 한다.
