WebService를 위한 [[BLAST]]. [[Cee]] [[CGI]]에 해당되는 프로그램이다. 결과를 [[HTML]]로 제공한다. [[XML]]로 받을 수도 있는 옵션도 있다.

formatdb까지는 StandAloneBlast의 방법과 동일하다.
