MPI Library 를 이용해서 병렬계산이 가능하도록 수정된 [BLAST].

formatdb 를 할때 사용될 node수에 맞춰서 db를 나누어 준다. 적용되는 범위는 blastn, blastp, blastx, tblastn, and tblastx. 이며, PsiBlast, PhiBlast, RpsBlast 등의 프로그램은 db를 나눠서 계산하는 방법상 지원하는 것이 불가능하다. 또한 MegaBlast 도 지원하지 않는다.
