 인스턴스에 대해.. 안녕하세요?
또 질문입니다.. ^^
cur_record = iterator.next()
locus = cur_record.locus
length = cur_record.size
moltype = cur_record.residue_type ...등등
위와 같이 flatfile을 각각 파싱해서 변수에 저장을 시키는데 cur_record의 인스턴스가
생겼다 안생겼다하거든요.. 왜 그럴까요?
저는 pythonwin을 이용하고 있어서 locus = cur_record. 하면 가능한 인스턴스들이
스크롤창으로 쫙 보여지는데 됐다 안됐다 하네요..
혹시 이유를 알 수 있을까요?
