Repression : Lac Operon 에서는 repression의 기작으로 사용된다.
Enhancement : Sea Urchin의 Endo16의 Regulatory site에서는 SpGCF1이 붙어 DnaLooping을 하는 것으로 추측되며, 그 결과는 weak stimulation of transcription.
