• A-form
• B-form : The most favorable or stable structure.Right-handed double strand.
• Z-form : Left-handed. zig-zag form. It is temporally formed from B-form , and then regulates the transcription of the gene. The relations with the immune response and some diseases were reported.
• G-[Quadruplex] : H-bonding between four guanine.
• i-motif : H-bonding between cytosine and cytosine.
