TrEMBL. couputer annotated supplement to SwissProt.

EMBL의 NucleicAcid의 모든 CDSs (coding sequences)를 Protein으로 Translation 해놓은 BiologicalDatabase. SwissProt과 같은 포맷을 사용함으로, 같이 취급된다. TrEmbl에는 이미 SwissProt에 등록된 Protein은 없다. GenPept과 유사한 레벨이다.

다음의 두가지로 구분된다.
