그렇지는 않다고 봄. 하나의 polypeptide unit가 직접 기질과 반응한다면, 그건 ProteinProteinInteraction없이 생겨난 function일터이고... 사실 순서상 앞뒤를 가리기가 뭣하지만, 엄연히 다른 구분일 가져야 하지 않을까? --["yong27"]
당연...엄연히 다른 현상이지... 두개를 모두 dogma 속에 넣는 건 너무 겹치는 것 같구...Function(protein-protein [Interaction])이라고 하는 것이 or.. 두개를 합쳐..protein function이라고 하는 것이 더 나을 듯 싶은데...["chihwa"]
그러나, 왠지 function하면, 구조에서 유래하는 특이한 기능. glucose에 phosphate를 붙인다던가 따위가 생각나고, ProteinProteinInteraction하면, ProteinNetwork및 단백질 4차구조, 단백질끼리만의 의사소통등이 떠올라서.. 왠지 나누고 싶었슴. --["yong27"]
