Reference RNA

단순한 한 쌍의 비교 실험이 아닌 서로 다른 여러개의 실험 data들간의 유전자 발현정도를 일관성 있게 비교하기 위해서는 일정한 기준이 되는 RNA (universal reference)가 필요함; 실험에 사용된 모든 RNA들의 동일한 mixture로 구성된 양질의 RNA --> 가장 이상적인 reference RNA는 실험에 사용된 chip상의 모든 유전자 probe를 cover하는 target RNA

RNA 선형증폭

소량시료의 DNA microarray 실험이 증가하다. 따라서 증폭기술이 필요.

1. signal 증폭 : Genisphere

2. 선형증폭 : IVT technology (General; Agilent, Affymetrix, CodeLink, etc1, High-heel (GenomicTree)
