ProteinDataBank. ProteinStructure에 대한 BiologicalDatabase. 과거에는 RCSB PDB 에서 관리하였지만, 지금은 WWPDB 연합체에서 자료를 관리한다.

PDB의 자료형은 PdbFormat , mmCIF , Pdbml 의 3가지 형식이 존재한다. Chime, RasMol등으로 3차구조를 모니터로 볼수 있다.
