BioPython 관련 모듈 모두 설치

최근 작업들은 ruby를 사용하고 있다. 그런데 bioruby는 아직 biopython 만큼 강력하지 못한것 같다. 그래서 python으로 전향. 오늘 biopython을 노트북(winXP)에 다시 깔았다.

ScoringResidueConservation 읽음 Conservation scoring function 18개를 소개하고, generalized formula를 제시하고 있다. generalize formula는 다음 3가지 조건을 고려해야 한다.

  1. symbol diversity, normalized to take account of sequence redundancy

EMBL에서 swissprot database를 받음 ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/swissprot/ 이 중에 special_sections는 종별로 sequence 들이 분류되어 있는데, sequence 마다 관련 GO ID가 Annotation되어 있었음
